How did you come into your faith?

How did you come into your faith, and what sustains it?

What are the things you do to "nurture" your faith, and what is it that makes you choose one thing, such as prayer, over say another, like regularly attending a Bible study class.  Most Christians participate in a combination of things.  Which ones do you participate in, and what do you get out of each?
